The Code of Conduct is intended to provide guidance to ICI employees on the company's ethical standards and is distributed to all employees.
ICI’s Code of Conduct was revised in 2006 and translated into 25 of the most common languages of ICI employees. The launch of the updated Code of Conduct has been supported by employee training worldwide.
