We respect the customer’s and the consumer’s right to choice, and we are committed to providing our customers and consumers with the information they need to make product or food choices in an informed way.
As a minimum, ICI complies with the law and regulations, everywhere we operate. ICI has no GMOs in its products wherever regulations require or our customers require us to avoid them.
We also aim to continue satisfying our customers’ requirements with respect to providing information concerning the GMO status of our products. These requirements will vary according to geographical area and may be more stringent than legal requirements.
We will continue to monitor the use of GMOs to take advantage of any emerging technologies since we believe that GM technology has the potential to provide products and services with advantages to the consumer.
