Electronic shareholder communications
ICI offers shareholders the opportunity to receive documents, such as the Notice of Meeting, Form of Proxy, Report and Accounts and/or Annual Review, in electronic form via the internet, rather than through the post. Shareholders who choose this option will receive a notification by e-mail each time such a document is published on our website.
Advantages of opting to receive information in this way are:
- Quicker delivery of documents;
- Confirmation of transmission of proxy forms;
- More environmentally friendly; and
- Cost savings for ICI.
To receive all future communications electronically you must register at www.shareview.co.uk, a website run by Equiniti, formerly Lloyds TSB Registrars by completing a simple on-line registration form. Please note that to register you will need your shareholder reference number, this can be found on your share certificate or recent dividend tax voucher.
