Each of our international and regional businesses is responsible for its own employment practices. However, they all must fulfil a common set of Group Employment Principles that summarise the way we expect our businesses to manage their employee relations, from recruitment through development and training. Area Specific objectives Employment principle implementation Health and safety injury and illness of employees and contractors health and hygiene compliance driving incidents distribution incidents Diversity management diversity: gender, nationality, ethnicity People Development performance assessments Communication & consultation employee surveys
Over the course of 2006, we achieved further reductions in work-related injury and illness rates and made significant progress in a project to transform our HR processes and delivery.
